Live Scan fingerprinting is the process of capturing fingerprints electronically for submission to specific agencies. There is no ink involved in providing a live scan fingerprinting service.

Ink Card Fingerprinting
What is Ink Fingerprinting?
Ink fingerprinting is the traditional method of collecting fingerprints that is still used for many reasons.
A person's fingerprints are rolled in ink to cover the entire fingerprint area. Then each finger is rolled onto prepared cards from one side of the fingernail to the other. These are called rolled impressions. Finally, all fingers of each hand are placed down on the bottom of the card to produce a set of plain (or flat) impressions.
Live Scan fingerprints on FD-258 Cards?
Jasra Biz Solutions can capture fingerprints digitally and print them out with a FBI approved printer on FD-258 Cards.
FBI Ink Cards can be used for out of state licensing OR direct submission to the FBI.
Live Scan FBI Channeling
Fingerprints captured on live scan machine and submitted it electronically to the FBI for faster processing through an Authorized FBI Channeler.
In 2-4 hours, you can access to your report on line and a hard copy will be mailed to you. Expedited shipping can be available for an additional fee.
FDLE Live Scan
We are an FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) authorized live scan vendor and can transmit records electronically directly to FDLE.
